GP Quick Tip! Changing Between Companies

Working on something in GP and realize you might need to test that in a test company first? Thankfully, Microsoft made switching between companies an easy task!

There's no need to completely close out of your current GP session and re-login into the test company. Here's a quick tip to switch companies seamlessly and quickly!

On the home page, in the bottom left corner, locate the company name.

Click the company name, and the login window will appear with the drop down for companies, and you can select the company you'd like to switch to and click OK.

It is as simple as that!

Bonus Tip! The same is true for changing users. In the bottom corner, next to the company name is the user ID. Clicking the user ID will also bring up the login screen and will prompt for new user credentials.
